We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. We strive to make the refund process fair and transparent for our valued customers. 1. Eligibility for Refunds:

   - Refunds will be considered for the following situations:

     - Subscription cancellation within the first 5 days of the initial purchase with no credits used to generate the videos

     - Technical issues or defects that significantly hinder the functionality of VideoFast and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our support team.

   - Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

     - If more than 5 days have passed since the initial purchase.

     - If the user has violated our terms of service or engaged in misuse of the VideoFast platform.

2. Refund Request Process:

   - To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our support team at pixelscape.ai@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Subscription ID]."

   - Please provide detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request, including any relevant screenshots or error messages.

3. Evaluation and Processing:

   - All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer support team.

   - We reserve the right to request further information or troubleshooting steps to assess the validity of the refund request.

   - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7-15 business days of approval.

4. Subscription Cancellation:

   - If you decide to cancel your subscription after the refund period has elapsed, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remaining duration of your subscription.

   - Your access to VideoFast will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will be terminated.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy:

   - VideoFast reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

   - Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
